How to install a racing exhaust.

Step 1: Know what tools you need for the job
Socket wrench
Socket sizes; 8mm,10mm,12mm
Flat head screw driver
Also a high temp gasket maker

Step 2:  Remove 5 blots with red circles on them. Then remove seat and center plastic piece

Step 3: Remove header bolts and exhaust hanger bolts

Dont forget the exhaust hanger 2 bolts

Step 4: Insert the exhaust gasket and apply any high temp gasket maker to the head for a perfect seal.

Step 5: Install new exhaust and tighten all the bolts 15-20ft-lbs. On the exhaust hanger check bolts to make sure they stay tight. Vibrations tend to loosen them.

Should look just like this.

Step 6: Put 4 out of 5 bolts back into the seat. Then install plastic center peice one side at a time.

Left side fits into grooves

Right side in place.

Bottom just pops in place

Last bolt. You did it. Super easy right.
